Hey there it's Nathan Lucas. So today we're talking about something that I feel very strong about. Finding your why in network marketing.
This is something that is talked about all around the network marketing industry, which I think is a good thing. Maybe corporate America will takes some notes on personal development. Anyway, most people feel very strong about their “why” and push to achieve great things to meet the need of their “why”.
Here's the thing I've noticed…
Finding Your Why In Network Marketing
When people are looking to find their why, they don't really need to look all that hard. Usually, whatever means the most to you, is probably going to have something to do with your why.
If you have children that you love dearly and want to create a better life for them, that'd be a great why.
If you love to travel and your passion is to see the world, that's also a great why.
You see, it doesn't take very long to find out exactly why we're doing what we're doing.
What is the problem?
Here's what I see time and time again. Entrepreneurs getting into network marketing, hoping they'll succeed. I don't know about you, but I'm not putting my dreams on “hoping”. I'd rather do something that is measurable.
You see, so many people don't KNOW if what they're doing is going to work. They have doubts, which only leaves room for them to give up on their why.
The biggest thing people need to understand is that they need to BELIEVE in what their doing.
I come across a lot of people in this industry and it seem more often than not, people are putting everything on hope.
You might hear them saying:
“I hope I get a sign-up today”
“I hope she likes the presentation”
“I hope I hit the next rank”
We've got to come away from “hoping” and start KNOWING!
I don't know how you're growing your business right now, but if you don't KNOW it's going to work for you, then maybe it's time to consider something else.
